What does my warranty cover?
90-Day Parts & Labour
Instant Appliance Repair warrants the labour performed and any parts supplied and installed by our company for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and defects in parts provided by our company under normal residential use.
* Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
• Parts supplied by the customer.
• New failures unrelated to the original repair.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, power surges, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
• Cosmetic damage, rust, corrosion, or normal wear and tear.
• Commercial appliances or appliances used for commercial purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Issues resulting from plumbing, electrical, ventilation, gas supply, water quality, or other external conditions beyond our control.
• Consumable items such as filters, light bulbs, knobs, shelves, and similar components unless specifically replaced during the original repair.
* Warranty Service
• The customer must contact our office before arranging service with another provider.
• Warranty claims must be reported within the 90-day warranty period.
• A technician will inspect the appliance to determine whether the issue is related to the original repair.
• If the issue is covered under warranty, no labour or replacement part charges will apply.
• If the issue is determined to be unrelated to the original repair, standard service charges will apply.
* Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and service address.
* Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the original part supplied by our company and/or correction of the original workmanship. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including food spoilage, loss of use, loss of income, or property damage.
